If we don’t count our industrial projects, which we only were a part of, this is our biggest project ever. This was our own project, the construction of which we began in September of 2011. After a year, the project was successfully sold to Holiday Club Resorts for around 13 million euros, and they finished it. The grand opening was held on the 28th of June 2013. Soon after, Capri was chosen as the best building of 2013 in the Lappeenranta region by the city itself.

The shopping center consists of three floors. The ground floor was almost entirely planned for a supermarket, and around 1000 m2 were reserved for it. The first and the second floors were reserved for store premises and offices. In total, there was around 5000 m2 of space for rent, but after the deal with Holiday Club Resorts, they kept about 2500 m2 to build an Angry Birds Park.

The building was designed by IM-ARK (Imatran Arkkitehtuuritoimisto) and built by Evälahti while we concentrated on project management.
