We were not involved in the design or the initial steps of construction. Instead, we received the hotel in unfinished form without technical documentation, architect, contractors, or materials. Therefore, before we could begin this project, we had to restore the blueprints, arrange the material supplies, and design some not considered systems, like the fire safety system. The restaurant was equipped with professional equipment kitchen. We also took care of landscaping and designed a football field in the hotel's backyard. Unfortunately, the customer decided later to leave it out. At the end of the project, all necessary authorities approved the hotel for commission (including fire authorities). It's been successfully in use ever since and recently changed the owner. Today the hotel goes by the name Rauhan Marinella Village.
