We built this magnificent and unique villa in the style of a Swiss chalet according to the customer's wishes. The entire interior was designed by the renowned Finnish company Vallila Interior, and the log frame was custom-made by an old Finnish-Swedish company Lapponia House. Due to the project's extraordinary location by the Baltic Sea, we aimed to prioritize the surrounding views in its design, which we achieved by using large floor-to-ceiling windows on the South, East, and West sides of the building to create a panoramic view. We blended the building's atmosphere into the surrounding rocky pine forest using a natural log frame, hardwood floors, and a tiled fireplace. The house turned out utterly self-sufficient due to its modern utilities, including an economical and environmentally friendly geothermal heating system and a comprehensive burglar alarm system.
